The workshops will be conducted virtually or in-person, depending on the topic being covered. The content mentioned in the table below may be covered in a single session or across multiple sittings, based on the time required to learn and implement a concept, as well as the levels of interventions. The final calendar will be drawn up in collaboration with your team.

Self-learning and coaching sessions will be interspersed to precede or follow a workshop (virtual or in-person). Coaching cohorts will span multiple learning interventions to integrate the learnings and provide a cohesive development experience for the learner.

The self-learning component will include a combination of e-learning, AI Avatars, AR/VR simulations, assignments, and other fast-consumption content, allowing flexibility for learners to pace themselves and integrate learning with their schedules.
